Meditation is a great way to relax. I try to meditate at least once a day for 20 minutes. Everyone can afford to take a few minutes from their day to meditate. The world is such a busy place, and has so many things going on in it. You can be more effective at the things you do if you take time to relieve stress. Stress lowers your mind's performance. Think of meditation as an upgrade for your mind, something that will alleviate your stress. With a clear head, you can make better decisions. I like to listen to guided meditations to help me relax. The voices are so soothing and its easy to picture a beautiful landscape surrounding you.
